What this website collects

• No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. We do not use advertising or analytics tools.
• No third-party requests. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with font or content providers.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to run and secure the server. These are kept for a short period and are not used to identify visitors.

When you write to us

If you email us or book a call, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and to prepare or carry out a project with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence as long as needed for that purpose and as required by accounting and tax law. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which processes the booking under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@neuforma.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
